Long overdue post - just casually sticking to our usual color scheme for the holidays: cozy whites with black leather bottoms from Urban Outfitters. For days on the go, comfort is almost mandatory which was the reason why we were just piling up sweaters 99% of the time, in and out of airports. Will definitely follow through with this habit to catch my flight to San Fran today - hope you all get to unwind this long weekend! x Em

With the spring semester fast approaching, I can't help but to stop and wonder about all the things that took place within these past couple of weeks. Between the commotion (translation: noisy family members :p ) and the hectic traveling, its been hard to keep track of the days and suddenly just like that, it now comes rushing and bringing in the hard reality that the holidays ending. In light of that, I recollected some snapshots that would practically describe these last few weeks of mine-- Seattle + Vancouver' sceneries, thick clothing (and by thick, i do mean heavyy, uncomfortable four layers of fuzzy materials -.-), and lots, lots of calories hah! ;) x Em

I miss Los Angeles like a long lost friend. Tatsu ramen and Urth Caffe-- I have not been appreciative enough of yall. Though most of my friends are envy of the kinds of food i get here in Asia, haha.
Work life has taken up three quarters of the 24 hours I have in a day...It's different, the change in my pace in life. It's mundane but rewarding. Painful but productive. Change is good and inevitable because if you cannot keep up with change you'd be left behind. Anyways, this picture was taken in one of my many favorite places in Downtown LA, the Art District. They have the nicest little quaint delis and cafes there and with the bustle of graphic art--perfection.

Hello hello, quickly checking in to post an outfit I wore a few weeks back when my hair was still long. Two things I'm really smitten about are my Forever21 plaid shirt & my Sparkle&Fade faux-leather skirt. I purposely got the shirt a size bigger than I normally would for the extra-slouchy effect - but me being an occasional airhead - shrank them down when I was doing laundry :S Might use that as an excuse to look for another one instead ;)

"lol sir, you looked surprised", I whispered.
Hello fellow readers (for those who can still recognize me that is!),
Sorry about the abrupt hiatus! But now that I'm back, here is a quick update: I graduated from college, I am currently working for a food company in Singapore andddd I am
absolutely miserable without Emily and Nadia here happy where I am. Though..... there might be a huge chance of me getting me self back in LA this spring(Yes Em. Yes Nad. Y'all read this right!) andddd I will be staying for another 6 months to complete my minor in management. I did not have the time to update this space because of work and graduation. It left me dizzied and dazed but I think I pulled it off pretty well! I did so many things before work life consumed my life and youth. So kids, enjoy your college life because good things don't last that long.

Taken a few weeks back when my so-called 'other-half' Dewi traveled back to LA for a couple of days. Unlike now, it was full on sunny - making it especially ideal to dress minimally. We were just meandering off the arts district for the first time and discovered that the place is underrated for its graffiti. Literally almost every inch of wall in each corner is plastered with some kind of art, making it hard to resist taking pictures against it ;)
