It's one of those fortunate and forgiving days when we can relax and curl our toes in the sand. Hectic
is an understatement for us. And by the way, as part of our resolution for 2013, we've been going to
the gym. We also really want everyone to do so too. You feel so much about yourself. So much
gratitude towards the hardwork needed to have that extra piece of french toast at Blujam cafe. We do
not suggest people to cut down your eating, but just eat smart! 80% healthy 20% junk. 80% nutrition 20% work out. Just saying! Maybe we should start a healthy food series. Ask a friend out for a run
tomorrow morning! So what do y'all do to keep your body in shipshape?
